Our consultants regularly perform free quick scans for customers. Such a quick scan provides specific information that indicates how one might improve processes and increase capacity.
Where are the current challenges in terms of your automation issues?We devote continuous attention to process optimisation, consulting closely with the customer to establish where in the workshop a machine truly comes into its own. We also carefully consider the added value that a packaging robot would offer.
Cutting process optimisation
We provide suitable solutions for any issue, of which process optimisation is generally part. We search meticulously for opportunities for improvement. Even existing machinery can perform better if appropriate optimisation is carried out. We share our insights with a view to enabling you to operate in an even more targeted and efficient manner.
We also advise on how to extend the tool life of the sawblade, as we are fully aware that your competitive position is largely dependent on the cost per cut.
Installation
Every single Bewo cutting machine is professionally constructed, from start to finish. Once built according to specific customer requirements, the machine is then disassembled and prepared for transport. We subsequently install and test the cutting line on site. We also take care of its seamless integration in the production process. Installation is carried out by either a Bewo installer or a local authorized partner.
Training
We believe that proper training is the key to successful and effective use of the cutting machine. Only by knowing all the options and how to use them can the maximum of the machine be achieved. We provide training at various levels for operators, technicians, but also production managers and technical/product engineers.
We also have training modules for integration with ERP software and production planning, such as nesting.
Preventive maintenance
If needed we swiftly resolve any issues, to get all processes up and running again as soon as possible. However, we prefer to avoid breakdowns. Carrying out inspections and data logging are therefore vital aspects of our day-to-day duties. Our schedule of recommendations therefore includes inspections and preventive maintenance.
This is a continues process of improvements, cost savings and quality assurance.
Monitoring and online support
Monitoring and online support helps you to be continuously informed of the state of your processes, even remotely. We can provide advice based on data. We can often indicate that maintenance is necessary before a malfunction occurs.

Parts
Wherever an industrial cutting machine is used productively day in day out, parts occasionally fail or have to be regularly replaced. Bewo’s standardised and modular approach also enables us to supply a considerable range of widely used parts from stock. These parts can be delivered to your premises within 24 hours.
We can advise you when exacly your machine parts need to be replaced, based on our monitoring figures. For older machines we make sure that we develop replacement kits, to keep your machine reliable.
