SCF Single | Flexible cutting solution
This smart electric cutting machine is characterised by its wide range of applications, which finds its way into many sectors: steel service centers, construction, automotive & infrastructre and furniture. The wide product range in combination with universal tools makes this automatic saw ideally suited to processing small series.
The circular cold saw is equipped with an electric clamp. This servo driven system can dose the clamping force very precise, which makes the sawing machine excellent for a range of products without the need of special tools. Universal clamping is especially suited for thin walled profiles, small and big diameters and regardless of the tensible metal strength.
The range of the clamping system is Ø 8mm – 90mm, we can adjust the range for specific applications, so that we can, for example, process even smaller diameters. View the custom page for more details.

The all-rounder among tube sawing lines
The Single saw is designed to cut as many different profiles as possible. Round, square or rectangular, with different diameters or material types can be processed without the need to changeover tools, stops or guidances.
Special software and separator pins make it possible to separate even small diameter, flexible, profiles and quickly feed them into the saw with a gripper feed.
The gripper feed works quickly and extremely accurately, so no stop or other guides are required. The saw clamp is designed in such a way that it can clamp a range of Ø8 to Ø80 mm without changing tools.
Depending on the desired finish, the tube can be finished in various ways. This includes deburring, washing or marking. The end products can also be sorted if different lengths are sawn. By bringing all actions together in one control system, operating a complex process is easy.
