The SCF Sigma can cut up to 6 profiles simultaneously. By servocontrolling the rotation speed of the sawblade and feed rate, cutting times of less than one second are achievable, even when cutting multiple tubes.

Advantages:
- Usage: high productivity even with longer lengths due to gripper with a stroke of 3,000 mm.

High performance multi cut
By using smart clamping tools and a powerful cutting head, the output is very high. While the quality and accuracy always remain of great quality.
Smart techniques such as proportional sawing ensure that, despite the high production, the costs for saw blades, for example, are low. This makes the cost price per saw cut unprecedented. If the volume is large, the Sigma is the best choice every time.
